Sri Lanka’s first ever floating restaurant | ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ප්රථම පාවෙන අවන්හල ජනපති විවෘත කරයි
Sri Lanka’s the first-ever floating restaurant named “Pontoon North 8°” was declared opened by President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Beira Lake yesterday (19). The primary cost of the restaurant is Rs.100 million. Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Secretary to the President, Lalith Weeratunga, Civil Aviation Service Minister, Piyankara Jayaratne, Sajin Vas Gunawardana, MP and Chairman John Keells, Susantha Ratnayake were also present at the event.
